About the Position: Our client is seeking an Commercial Litigation/Family/Criminal Lawyer with 2–3 years PAE to take on a varied and stimulating caseload. This role includes representing private clients across Commercial Litigation, Criminal, and Family Law matters. You will: Handle civil disputes, contract breaches, or debt recovery in Commercial Litigation Represent clients in summary and indictable Criminal Law cases, including bail applications and court hearings Advise and represent clients in Family Law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, and property settlements This position offers extensive client interaction, opportunities to appear in court, and collaboration with top-tier barristers.
